Pricing & Payment Terms & Conditions:
1.Meal price includes GST.
2.Payment once made cannot be refunded or adjusted in any manner.
3.3am Kitchen doesn’t take any responsibility for failed payment and extra payment made by the customer. However specific request regarding the same can be entertained through email to customercare@peoplepowertech.in
4.People Power Technologies LLP, platform, and Brand owner of 3am Kitchen reserves the right to change the price of Cuisines and different meal plans without prior notice.
5. People Power Technologies LLP, the ordering platform & Brand owner of 3am Kitchen reserves the right to activate or deactivate the Cuisines without prior notice.
Return & Refund Policy:
1.No return will be accepted, and no refund will be provided against the ordered cuisine.
2.However, we will provide the same cuisine the next day free of cost if you have been delivered wrong cuisine after a thorough investigation from our side. However, you must retain the physical outer sleeve of delivered cuisine and the photograph of delivered Cuisine.
3.You must raise any complaint related to refund/replace through mail marked to customercare@peoplepowertech.in or our customer care whatsapp number 9924445533 before 6pm of the date of occurring of the incident.
4.In case if 3am Kitchen activates or deactivates any cuisine from your meal plan it will replace the cuisine of your 2nd choice to be delivered on the same delivery day or some other day of your choice.
5.In the Weekly or Monthly plan if any customer wishes to pause the delivery on the particular date/dates, it has to be notified through our customer care whatsapp number 9924445533 before 6pm any day. No refund will be generated however the same cuisine can be delivered after the meal plan closure date.
6.However, postponement of the delivery date is not possible and will not be entertained.
7.No pause, postponement of instant meal plan is allowed.
8.Due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (mentioned as an example but not limited to) like bandh by any organization, government restrictions, natural calamities or change in school or institution timings, unavailability of any necessary ingredients,3am Kitchen’s delivery may disturb or can totally be called off with or without prior notice. However, we will try our best to notify you in advance.
9.In the above-mentioned situation we will deliver the same cuisine on the later date chosen by you, but we will not be able to provide any refund to it.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
1.Cuisines will be delivered within the PIN code mentioned or selected while ordering through app/website/WhatsApp before 6pm on the previous date or dates of actual delivery date.
2.PIN code must be checked before ordering the meal. Any wrong selection of PIN will lead to cancellation or delayed delivery of the order.
3.Delivery is free for the mentioned PIN code in the website/app but will be charged INR 20 extra if ordered more than 7 kms from Kitchen Location namely Vaishnodevi Circle, South Bopal, Prahalad Nagar Corporate Road, AEC Naranpura.
4.Orders must be booked before 6pm on the evening of previous date or dates of actual delivery date.
5.Any order booked after 6pm on the previous day of actual delivery date will automatically get delivered the next-to-next day.
6.Your order will be delivered between 5:45am-6.30 am in the morning on the date of delivery you choose but you can expect a deviation in the delivery time plus or minus 10 minutes.
7.Beyond this time if we deliver you can raise the complaint and will provide the same cuisine the next day free of cost.
8.You must raise any complaint related to delivery through mail marked to customercare@peoplepowertech.in or our customer care whatsapp number 9924445533 before 6pm of the date of incident.
General Terms & conditions:
1.People Power Technologies LLP, owner of the brand and ordering platform will not be held responsible for any verbal communication by any of the employees or associate. Means of any communication to us must be in writing through email ID customercare@peoplepowertech.in or our official Whatsapp Chat Bot 9924445533
2.We strongly deny/refuse/discourage any gift or offer to our employees, associates, or vendors. Any such act will not be tolerated, and we will not be held responsible for any consequences thereafter.
3.Any disputes are subjected to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
